AuraMint is a product of Evolve7 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate the AuraMint mobile application and website at auramintai.com.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name and email address when creating an account
- Profile information (grade level, target SAT score)
- Images of questions you scan using the app
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data (questions answered, quiz scores, streaks, XP)
- Device information (device type, operating system)
- Log data (app interactions, error reports)
Information from third parties:
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from that service. We do not receive your password.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the AuraMint service
- To track your learning progress, scores, and achievements
- To process scanned images through our AI engine to generate solutions
- To send you study reminders and notifications (with your permission)
- To improve our app and develop new features
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider
- Google — if you use Google Sign In
- Anthropic — to process AI question-solving requests (image/text content only, not personal data)
- Law enforcement — if required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing admin@evolve7.org.
6. Children's Privacy
AuraMint is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
